Product POST delivery policy
Purchase through our website can be realized from any part of the world.
All products will be delivered to the delivery address you must provide when creating the order. The delivery of the product is carried out at the specified delivery address by the buyer.
You can also surprise your loved ones and ask for delivery at their address, stating their address as delivery address.
The delivery time of the products purchased is different depending on the destination, but not longer than 45 working days, calculated from the date of delivery.
Vardar Fan Shop reserves the right to extend the delivery period in a previous agreement with the buyer.
Every buyer is obliged to check for transport damage during the takeover of the product, and in case of multiple products, check that a product is missing.
If the product is delivered damaged, or a specific product is missing from the purchase order, the buyer should inform the buyer immediately about how to take measures to remove an unintentional error.
In the event that the buyer wants to return the product, not by our fault or fault of the supplier, and wants to return the paid amount of the product, then the cost of transport will be deducted from the final amount.
If the buyer wishes to replace the product, he must keep it undamaged, unpacked and unused, along with all attached documents.
DHL duties, taxes and brokerage fees
Buyers are responsible for any duties, tax and brokerage fee charges that may apply. Transit time doesn't include Customs delays.

Return policy
- NA-KD offers free returns and refunds.
- Not 100% satisfied with your recent NA-KD purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition, within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Check your DHL Express return label and call your local DHL Express office to book a courier.
- If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept underwear and swimwear with the hygentic sticker still attached.
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It's a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it's all done.
